Reservations
Policies
- The individual
making the reservation and checking in must be 21 years of age or
older. Any reservations made under false pretenses will be subject
to forfeiture of any payment and deposit, and the guest will not
be permitted to check in.
- Check in
time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM. We cannot
guarantee rooms to early arrivals.
- We try to
honor all room requests, but cannot guarantee them.
- Payment is
due upon arrival. We accept cash, Travelers Checks, Money Orders,
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
- Rental rates
are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to
correct rates that may have been misquoted due to human and/or
computer error.
- A security
deposit of $100.00 is required for all guests checking in.
- We do not
provide extra linens for the swimming pool or beach; you may want
to bring your own pool or beach towels.
- A 30-days
notice is required for all cancellations. A $25.00 cancellation
fee will be charged and the deposit will be refunded. For any
cancellation less than 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
The deposit for a one week stay is $250.00. For a stay
less than one week it is equal to one night's charge, plus
applicable tax.
- No pets
allowed on the property.
- Upon check
out, we request that you load the dishwasher and remove all trash
from the unit. The cleaning fee is included in your rental fee;
however, there will be an additional charge for units left in
unsatisfactory condition.
- Parking is
limited. Boats, jet skis, trailer, etc. are not allowed.
- SPRING BREAK
POLICIES DIFFER FROM THE ABOVE GENERAL POLICIES. Please call the
resort for current spring break requirements and policies.
