Maintenance Fee
Billing Schedule
Since maintenance fees for your week(s) at Club Destin are paid only once a year, it's easy to forget the billing cycle and to sometimes let that time of year "slip by." For this reason, the billing dates are listed below:
November 1st
The first notice is mailed to all owners. Anyone not receiving this bill may call the
resort or email us at cathy@clubdestin.com. We will provide you with the billing amount at that time.
December 15th
A reminder notice is mailed to all owners who have not paid as of that date. We know it's a busy time of year for most people and most owners appreciate the reminder!
January 1st
All accounts unpaid as of this date are considered delinquent. Late fees are charged, reservations are canceled and a final billing notice is mailed.
Please remember that prompt payment will avoid the possibility of disrupting your much-earned vacation!!!
